  1. Quantification of Cu2+ incorporated in control (CL2122 = no Aβ expression) and Aβ-transgenic (CL2120 = Aβ1–42) C. elegans. Worms were grown in the presence of CuCl2 (150 μM) or under control conditions (no copper added) for 96 and 120 h. The Cu2+ content (μg/g) was determined by ICP-MS. Data are means ± S.E.
