Levels of Aβ oligomers in conditioned medium of 7PA2 cells after transfection with APEH. Serum-free conditioned media were collected from 7PA2 cells that were non-transfected or transfected with APEH (lanes 3&4). Aβ was immunoprecipitated using a mixture of 6E10 and 4G8 antibodies.
