Co-trafficking of Htt with BDNF 3'UTR mRNA in rat cortical neurons. (a) The BDNF mRNA reporter plasmid with short 3'UTR was co-transfected with plasmids expressing NLS-MS2-Venus and RFP-Htt480-17Q and examined by live-cell imaging. BDNF mRNA is shown in green (detected by NLS-MS2-Venus) and Htt in red. Htt co-localizing with BDNF mRNA is in yellow in merged images.
