Membrane binding is contributed by aa1-17 [44], the poly-proline region (gray box, [45]) and aa172-372 (white box, [62]). Regions of calpain and caspase cleavage are represented by arrows. Approximate regions of cpA and cpB cleavage are also marked by arrows. Shown below are three huntingtin cDNA constructs used in this study.
