  1. Sixteen subjects that had both clinical records of neurological symptoms as well as immunohistochemistry results for cyclin A and P-ATM are presented here. Each sample was scored based on % of CDN neurons stained and the staining intensity. "-" means no staining; "+" means very few cells stained or weakly stained; "++" means moderate staining and "+++" means robust staining in more than half of the CDN neurons counted. None of the classic cerebellar signs correlated with DNA damage response or cell cycle protein level. But, there was a clear correlation between high cyclin A expression in CDN and unorthodox cerebellar signs - speech/language and motor planning.
