GFP and CD3 positive T cells infiltrate the CNS and are mainly located within the hemorrhages. (A,B) CD3 immunostaining of the cortex revealed a cluster of sporadic T cells throughout a significant hemorrhage. (C,D) GFP immunostaining of an adjacent section of the same area confirmed the occurrence of Aβ primed adoptively transferred T cells restricted to this hematoma.
