  1. Combined analysis of Stage 1 and Stage 2 data from individuals between 60 and 80 years of age was performed to clarify the association of rs2837960, rs3761847 and rs2002842 with AD risk. The only SNP found to retain a significant association with AD was rs2837960, the G allele of which appears to increase AD risk.
