(B) Quantification of lysosomes was performed on sections, n = 10 neurons for each animal were examined, unpaired t-test was performed on the average lysosomes quantified from the three control (Mean ± SEM: 27.8 ± 0.89) and three MPTP (Mean ± SEM: 110.8 ± 4.5) animals, p < 0.001.
