From: C-Jun N-terminal kinase controls TDP-43 accumulation in stress granules induced by oxidative stress
Treatment of HeLa cells with sodium arsenite induces JNK-dependent TDP-43 SGs. HeLa cells were treated for 1 hr with 0.5 mM sodium arsenite and cells were examined for TDP-43 and HuR localization by immunofluorescence.
