From: Superoxide dismutase 1 encoding mutations linked to ALS adopts a spectrum of misfolded states
SEDI and C4F6 antibodies recognize diffusely distributed cytosolic mutant SOD1 in transiently transfected HEK293FT cells. Cells were transiently transfected with expression plasmids for WT (A-D) or A4V (E-H) SOD1 for 24 hours and stained with SEDI or C4F6 antibodies as explained in Methods.
