Inhibition of γ-secretase causes an accumulation of β-CTF and α-CTF in hippocampal synaptic preparations. a. Hippocampal synaptosomes preparations from 4 FDDKI mice treated with GSI for 5 hrs and 4 FDDKI vehicle-treated animals (Control) were analyzed by WB for APP and CTFs. b.
