Alterations in motor co-ordination behavior in LRRK2 KO mice. Motor co-ordination and balance was tested by accelerating rotarod analysis in a 7-month cohort of WT, HET and KO mice. The speed of the rod was set to 4-40 rpm acceleration, increasing 1 rpm every 5 seconds. KO mice significantly outperformed their WT littermates.
