From: Sorting nexin 12 interacts with BACE1 and regulates BACE1-mediated APP processing
The level of SNX12 is decreased in AD brains. Equal amounts of protein lysates from the brains of AD patients and age/sex matched controls (C) were analyzed for SNX12 by Western blot. Protein levels were quantitated by densitometry and normalized to those of GAPDH for statistical comparison to those of controls. Lane numbers are the same as numbers in Table 1. N = 5, *: p < 0.05.
