Total mRNA was reverse transcribed, and the levels of LRP10 cDNA were analyzed by qPCR with SYBR Green and were expressed relative to the endogenous control (RPL13) using the comparative CT method. Results are expressed as means ± SD (n = 5 samples, in duplicate). The difference between CTL and AD was not significant (p = 0.4).
