The lower tortuosity of BRI2-Aβ42 mice during first session (S1) did not differentiate the genotypes (F(2,24) = 2.3, p = 0.1), and the tortuosity of these mice did not differ from tortuosity of both BRI2-Aβ40 and non-Tg mice (p = 0.4 and p = 0.15, respectively, t-test with Bonferroni adjustment).
