Similar morphological changes were observed in I/R-injured retinal layers using non-invasive SD-OCT scanning. Morphological changes in retinal layers were monitored using SD-OCT scanning. Time-dependent changes in retinal thickness were analyzed from whole retina (from RGCL to ONL) or retinal sub-layers (IPL, INL and ONL) at each time point. Data represent mean ± standard error of percentages at each time point from both control and I/R eyes compared to day 3-control eyes, set as a 100%. For statistical analysis, two-way ANOVA (analysis of variance) was applied followed by the Bonfferoni post-hoc test. Asterisks indicate statistical differences (p < 0.05) between control and I/R eyes at each time point.
