mRNA expression patterns of selected retinal genes following ONC insult. Pooled microarray mRNA expression changes were validated in individual samples by qRT-PCR. Relative fold change in each sample was determined based on a 2 fold exponential using mRNA expression values normalized to Gapdh and the contralateral control eye. Fold values of each gene presented as mean ± SEM. (A) Visinin like 1 (Vsnl1) and (B) Neuritin 1 (Nrn1).
