(A) Swim speeds to the visible platform were equivalent across all groups. (B) All groups improved performance over training (p < 0.001) with the search paths to reach the visible platform longer for rTg4510 mice on days 1 and 2, but comparable to NT mice by day 3. No differences between strain backgrounds were detected.
