Aβ treatment induces phosphorylation of PRAK via RAGE. a SH-SY5Y cells were treated with either DMSO or 2 μM monomeric Aβ for 6 h. b SH-SY5Y cells were transfected with full length RAGE and DN-RAGE and subsequently treated with either DMSO or 2 μM monomeric Aβ for 6 h.
