(a) Mouse brains from 7-day SP600125 treatment (15 mg/kg) were collected for immunohistochemistry 28 days post retinal I/R injury. (b) Data represent mean ± SEM (n = 4) of percentages at each hemisphere from both contralateral (dark bars) and ipsilateral (open bars) sides compared to vehicle ipsilalateral volume, set as a 100 %. No significant difference was detected between contralateral and ipsilateral samples by two-tailed, paired Student’s t-test
