We found no changes in p-p70S6K1 levels. In contrast, we found that  the NonTg groups had higher levels of p4EBP1 compared to the 3xTg-AD groups (F(1, 15) = 5.621, p < 0.05). Quantitative analyses of the blots were obtained by normalizing the levels of the protein of interest to β-Actin, used as a loading control. Error bars represent mean ± SEM
