Proteins were immunoprecipitated from nigrostriatal tissue homogenates using either normal mouse IgG (lane1) or with anti-α-synuclein antibody (lane 2 and 3) followed by Western blotting of immunoprecipitates using rabbit polyclonal anti-DMPO antibody. c Proteins were immunoprecipitated from nigrostriatal tissue homogenates as in figure B, followed by Western blotting of immunoprecipitates using rabbit polyclonal anti-alpha-synuclein antibody.
